Tasks
- 1. Identify, assess and report relevant multi-omics data resources in the field of CKD. Collect multi- omics data from trusted public resources and contact researchers to further support/promote sharing of the published data. Assure data conformity according to ethical standards, describing the steps towards data collection and dissemination and privacy aspects.
- 2. Document identified resources, establish protocols for optimal data reporting and storage.
- 3. Evaluate crosstalk of existing resources and their potential merging. Towards that end, multi- omics datasets (from completed and ongoing projects from PerMediK partners) already form a critical mass for the identification of existing data format issues and testing tools for their improvement.
- 4. Training workshop “Big Data handling and comprehensive data reporting”
